The Ortiz design approach incorporates custom sheet configurations (flat, bent and rolled) to meet your design parameters and specifications. Bar mats are quality-inspected at the factory and is certified in accordance with ASTM A1064

OEP’s scope of work includes the design, detailing and furnishing of supplemental rebar, bar supports and accessories. During the conversion and design process, OEP specifies and furnishes the type, size, spacing and quantity of supports and construction accessories required to properly place the bar mats in the concrete cross-section.

Corrosion-resistance options include epoxy coating, hot dip galvanizing and cathodic protection.
